On October 31, 1926, Harry Houdini—one of the world’s first superstars—died. Before his death, he and his wife, Bess, agreed on a code: Houdini's Final Secret. If he could communicate with her from beyond the grave, the code would prove it was really him.

For ten years, Bess held séances in the hope of reaching her husband beyond the grave. Mediums claimed to speak for the great Houdini. But did any of them deliver his final secret?
